Molly Mollica wins American Heart Association Career Development Award
Molly Mollica, an assistant professor in mechanical engineering, has been selected for an American Heart Association (AHA) Career Development Award, which will provide more than $200,000 to fund her research to better understand sex and hormone differences in platelet function.
Dr. Christine Mallinson appointed as Assistant Vice President for Research & Scholarly Impact
Beginning Fall 2024, Dr. Christine Mallinson will serve as Assistant Vice President for Research and Scholarly Impact in the Division of Research and Creative Achievement, developing initiatives to enhance the social and public impact of UMBC’s research and creative activity.
