Dr. Catherine Marsh, Director of IARPA, will speak to the UMBC research community (faculty are the primary target audience; all are welcome) regarding IARPA opportunities relevant to UMBC scholarly work.

This event is intended to be useful to a wide range of departments. "IARPA funds academic and industry research across a broad range of technical areas, including mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, neuroscience, linguistics, political science, and cognitive psychology. Most IARPA research is unclassified and openly published."
