Led by Yonathan Zohar, the new center brings together faculty and student’s from UMBC’s marine biotechnology, chemistry and biochemistry, and computer science and electrical engineering departments.
Dr. Nicole King, Professor of American Studies, wins prestigious award for the Baltimore Traces Project
Dr. King recently won the Consortium for Humanities Centers and Institutes’ (CHCI) Award for Leadership in the Public Humanities, for the Baltimore Traces project. Her project is also featured by the Association of Public and Land-Grant Institutions as an example of Public Impact Research.
