Subpart D-Post Federal Award Requirements 200.343 specifies all financial, performance, and other reports as required by the terms and conditions of the Federal award must be submitted no later than 90 calendar days after the end date of the period of performance.
Section 200.201 requires the institution certify in writing to the Federal sponsor or pass-through entity that the project was completed and/or the level of effort was expended. If the required activity and/or effort is not carried out fully, the award must be adjusted.
