Description
The CAHSS Centers (Dresher, CIRCA, IRC, MIPAR) will hold a workshop on Friday, Dec. 5, from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. in ITE 456, on writing and preparing proposals for their 2015 Summer Faculty Research Fellowships (SFRF). The Center directors will discuss these fellowships, the application process, their evaluation criteria, and expectations for fellowship recipients. Participants will learn what makes a proposal successful and tips for creating effective applications. The Dresher Center will also discuss the CFP for Spring 2016 Residential Faculty Research Fellowships. Time will be allotted for Q&A and small-group discussion. Lunch will be provided.
The due date for SFRF applications is February 15, 2015. Dresher Center residential fellowship proposals will be due on May 1, 2015.
