No known flaws.

This show is often overlooked because of the more well known and highly
circulated killer show the next night (the first post space Dark Star).
However this show, from Bruce Hornsby's very first run with the Dead conatins
some very interesting and inspired playing. The Help > Slip > Frank to close set one
is monumental (check out Hornsby adding some grand piano sparks during a transcendental
Slipiknot). The first half of set 2 is also very unique in that the Playing opener is
revisited 3 times before drums and also contains a very rare second set appearance of
Let it Grow. As was the custom during the 90 MSG run, the band
would break off into groups of 3 for the jam leading into drums. The trio this night is a
wonderful combination of Bob, Jerry, and Bruce with some collective improv that will knock
your socks off:-) This show sounds as good today as it did from the 21st row- left section-
(The Phil Zone) in the fall of '90 Enjoy-----Jeff M.
